By accessing or using linkedleads.vistaardigitalsolution.in (the "Site") and LinkedLeads (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Vistaar Digital Solution provides LinkedLeads as a web application for B2B marketers to capture LinkedIn lead context (posts, comments, chats, emails, and notes), organize leads in campaigns, and generate outreach prompts you paste into your own LLM tools.

The Service does not connect to LinkedIn, post or message on LinkedIn, or automate outreach on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms and applicable law when contacting prospects.

Accounts are created with your email address and a six-digit numeric PIN.

Sign-in and verification limits:
• Up to 5 attempts per email verification code; codes expire after 10 minutes.
• Wait 60 seconds between resend requests for the same email.
• Up to 10 verification emails per hour from the same network (IP address).
• Up to 6 incorrect PIN sign-in attempts; sign-in is then blocked until you complete Forgot PIN with email verification.
• Repeated wrong PIN or verification code entries may be temporarily slowed before the next attempt is processed.
• Excessive sign-in or verification requests from one network are rate-limited and may be temporarily blocked for up to 15 minutes.
• If you are blocked, wait for any countdown shown in the app, use Forgot PIN, or email [email protected].

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are required by law.

Free accounts may delete their own account and associated data in the app. For other deletion requests, email [email protected] from your registered address.

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full product access on one account and IP address, unless we agree otherwise in writing. After the trial, you need an active Pro subscription to create or edit leads.

Pro is billed through Razorpay at ₹999 per month, ₹9,999 per year, or ₹99,999 lifetime per account, as shown in the app. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscription terms are also subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy at https://linkedleads.vistaardigitalsolution.in/refund.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful content; attempting to access other users' data; scraping or reverse engineering the Service; circumventing access controls; attempting to bypass, automate, or circumvent sign-in and verification rate limits; or using the Service to send spam or harass others.

You must have a lawful basis to store and process personal data about your leads. Do not upload sensitive regulated data (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) unless you are legally permitted to do so.

The Service may send relevant lead text and screenshot-derived content to configured LLM providers to read posts, suggest search terms, generate prompts, and similar features. AI output may be inaccurate; you must review drafts before sending messages.

We own the Service, branding, and software. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Vistaar Digital Solution does not guarantee specific sales outcomes, reply rates, or LinkedIn compliance on your behalf. The Service is not legal, tax, or professional marketing advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vistaar Digital Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹5,000 if you are on a free trial.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
