v1.1.9

Release notes for LinkedLeads — what shipped and what changed in each version.
Birthday wishes a day early, and undo a mistaken close
Turn on early birthday emails for a campaign, and reopen a lead you marked won or lost by mistake so it does not count in won or lost stats.
Birthday wishes
On a campaign's email settings, Send birthday wishes one day early emails each lead one UTC calendar day before the birthdate saved on their profile (day and month only). The message uses your verified sender name, address, and brand. Leads without an email, suppressed addresses, and campaigns that have not verified SMTP are skipped. The send shares the campaign's daily email cap with other mail.
- Runs once each morning (09:00 UTC) and sends at most once per birthday
- Today's birthdays on the dashboard shows Advance email sent when that note already went out
Pipeline
When you mark a lead Lost, choose Marked by mistake. When you mark a lead Won, check Marked as won by mistake. The lead goes back to the stage it was on before the close, the deal value is cleared, and it is not stored as a lost reason. Campaign analytics counts won and lost only for leads that are still in those stages.
Prompt Maker
When a lead has profile or source tiles, pin at least one before you build a prompt. The hint under the tiles says so, and Send stays inactive until a tile is selected. Trying to send anyway plays a short sound and shows a reminder.
Also included
- A lead profile shows the LinkedIn profile link and the post link together when both are saved
Earlier releases
- v1.1.8
Ask your campaign data (beta)
With a campaign selected on the dashboard, ask plain-language questions about that campaign's leads — counts by stage, highest deal value, and similar reads from saved data. Answers can link straight to lead profiles; the tool is labeled beta because AI can make mistakes.
- v1.1.7
Search leads by email, company, and notes
The leads search box matches profile fields, company website, and saved source text — not just the contact name. Multi-word queries still require every word to match, and close name typos still fall back to fuzzy matching when nothing else hits.
- v1.1.6
Paste a full LinkedIn post to capture the author
Capture lead from a LinkedIn post accepts the whole post copy, including the author header. Name, role, and profile link are filled when LinkedIn chrome is in the paste, and the saved source keeps only the post text.
- v1.1.5
Save a lead from a comment on someone else's post
Capture lead can save the person who commented on someone else's LinkedIn post, with their profile, the comment, and the post they replied to.
- v1.1.4
Your page posts and everyone who commented
Save each LinkedIn post you publish on a campaign, capture commenters as leads on that post, and pin the post plus their thread in Prompt Maker when you draft replies.
- v1.1.3
LinkedIn polls, memes, and a clearer first run
Content studio adds LinkedIn poll and meme prompts. New accounts land on the dashboard with sample-campaign guidance, and sound preferences move to a dedicated Settings page.
- v1.1.2
Optional interface sounds
Short sounds can mark a won deal, a sent email, a saved lead, and a finished prompt. They stay off until you turn them on.
- v1.1.1
Cleaner outreach prompts
Pinned notes and the LinkedIn profile stay in the prompt once. Search no longer pastes those same sources again.
- v1.1.0
Content studio, learned prompts, and safer sign-in
Content studio now drafts LinkedIn people posts and website pages from campaign context. The prompt maker remembers prompts you actually send, signup records Terms acceptance, and public sign-in is rate-limited.
- v1.0.0
LinkedLeads public launch
LinkedLeads is live for freelance B2B marketers — capture LinkedIn context on every lead, stay on top of follow-ups, and paste one outreach prompt into the LLM you already use.
